When you write to support, we receive the name, email address, order number if you add one, and the message you send.
When you place an order, your order and delivery details are collected and stored by Wix, which runs our checkout and order management.
Your cart is kept in your own browser storage so it is still there after a page reload.
How we use it
To answer your messages, fulfil and support your orders, and keep the store working properly.
We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted support.
Payments
Card details are entered on the Wix checkout and are handled by Wix and its payment providers.
AeroStride never sees or stores your card number.
