How and when your sleeve arrives. Shipping is free on every order.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday start processing on the next business day.
Delivery inside the United States
US delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery windows are estimates from the carrier. They are not guarantees, and delays can happen in busy periods.
Tracking
We email a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
It can take up to a day for the carrier to show the first movement on the tracking page.
Address changes
Message support as soon as you notice an error in your address. Once the parcel is with the carrier we cannot change the destination.
If tracking looks stuck
If there has been no tracking update for 10 business days, contact support with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
Holiday gifts: order by Nov 30 for the best chance of arrival before Dec 25. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
